User-Generated Content, or UGC, refers to any videos created and posted by users (not affiliated with Thematic creators) that feature your music on YouTube.

On Thematic, UGC includes all videos outside of our licensed creator community that use your songs. We use YouTube’s Content ID to claim and monetize these UGC videos on behalf of music artists.

This helps you earn revenue whenever your music is used beyond the official Thematic creator network.
