YouTube earnings are processed and reported on a monthly cycle. Here's how the timeline works:
Around 10 days after the end of the month - YouTube generates and sends earnings reports to Thematic for the previous month.
Around 25 days after the end of the month - YouTube pays out the collected earnings to Thematic.
Within 45 days after the end of the month - Thematic updates your dashboard with your earnings for the previous month.
So if you're looking for your earnings from January, for example, expect them to appear in your dashboard by mid-March at the latest.
When your earnings are available, we'll send you an email notification - so keep an eye on your inbox and you'll know as soon as there's something ready for you.
Don't see any earnings for a given month?
If YouTube does not report any earnings for your song(s) for a specific month, no data will appear in your Thematic dashboard for that period. This can happen when usage falls below YouTube's reporting threshold for that cycle.
