FAQs
What happens to my Premium or Pro song access if I cancel?
Premium song access requires an active subscription. If you cancel, you keep the licenses for any videos you've already published, but you can't use previously-downloaded Premium songs in new videos unless you reactivate. Songs you downloaded for free stay usable in new videos either way, even if they later became Premium tracks. See the full cancellation policy.
Is there a free trial for Premium or Pro?
No, Thematic doesn't currently offer a free trial. The Free plan has no time limit, so you can use Thematic's core features for as long as you like before deciding to upgrade.
What's the difference between Premium and Pro?
Pro includes everything in Premium, plus unlimited YouTube channels, high-quality and instrumental song versions, 7-day early access to new releases, the ability to invite team members and editors, unlimited sound effects and SFX packs, and extra creator perks and partner discounts.
Can I switch plans later, or am I locked in?
You can switch plans anytime by clicking Manage Subscription from your settings page.
How many YouTube channels can I connect on each plan?
Free, Premium Lite, and Premium all let you connect 1 YouTube channel. Pro is the only plan with unlimited YouTube channels.
