Make Sure You're Connecting the Right Channel

If you've added your YouTube channel to Thematic but nothing seems to happen, here are a few things to check:

• Select a Brand Account (not just your email address) when connecting your YouTube channel.

  • YouTube often associates channels with Brand Accounts, and selecting the wrong one can prevent the connection from being completed.

  • When prompted to choose an account, look for the option that has the word “YouTube” listed underneath it. This indicates it’s an actual channel, not just a general Google account.

• After successfully connecting your channel, it should appear on your Manage Projects page.
